The application of R-8000 series data acquisition modules
in the thermal monitoring system
Project Introduction:
Winter heating is a big deal to face for northern cities every year. In order to improve
the heating quality and manage the using of heating resource effectively,heating
department set up city heating power station monitoring system which can master
and control the working state of heating power station at any time. According to
the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction, each heat transfer
station increase using of electric test module, analysis equipment operation
status and energy consumption, in order to further completes the statistical work
of energy saving and emission reduction
Data acquisition requirement:
1. wireless communications in control center with all heating power substation
2. Acquisition of of flow, temperature, pressure and device power in each thermal
substation
3. Each thermal station operate,store and upload data to the control center
regularly and independently.
System description:
The construction of city heating power station monitoring system ensure the heating
quality, and at the same time reduce the unnecessary energy waste greatly
by the intelligent comparison function. The implementation of whole automation
system establish system files for device repair & maintenance by the unit energy
consumption of power module testing equipment and real-time voltage and
current. This will increase efficiency and at the same time save labor costs
greatly, the heating power station will be built into unattended station step by step.
